做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
