做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
