做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
