做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
