做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
