做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
