做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
