做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品(pǐn )尝。 -
