做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
