做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
