做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
