做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
