做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
