做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
