做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
