做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
