做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
