做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
