做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
