做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
