做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
