做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
