做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
