做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
