做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
