做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
