做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
