做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
