做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
