做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
