做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
