做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
