做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
