做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
