做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
