做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
