做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
