做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
