做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
