做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
