做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
