做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
