做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
