做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
