做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
