做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
