做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
