做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
