做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
