做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
